Alice in Wonderland

Oddball Stamps has such a fabulous selection of stamps and I’m always so happy when I get to create a card as an Ambassador! This amazing image is Whimsical Big Eye Alice In Wonderland digital Stamp Madhatter Image No. 328. This card was easy to create and can be used for so many occasions!

How did I create this card?

Well with all my cards there is usually some element of coloring, that’s because I love to color! I always combine what I have, the three types of markers I use are Copic markers (I don’t own every color, you don’t need all the color’s) I also use Ohuhu Markers (awesome brand great price) lastly I use Altenew markers their colors are divine. So you get the point for this particular image I used my markers and added a little shadow with pencil crayon. I tapered the image down and added vintage photo to the edges, this really gives a vintage look, if you like that kind of thing. My card base is black card stock cut to 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 and the paper that I heat embossed on was cut just a bit smaller. The stamp I used to heat emboss is Curly Q’s background from Whimsy Stamps and I actually heat embossed using Ink on 3 clear embossing ink and Altenews fluorescent green embossing powder. This is a very cool color! I used a scrap piece of pattern paper that seemed to go very well with my card. The sentiment is from Hero Arts, the stamp set is called Woodland Tea Party. I adhered everything with Nuvo Glue!
